1 Quotations & Orders
Prices, specifications, and delivery timelines quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated in writing. An order is confirmed only upon written acceptance of a purchase order and receipt of the agreed advance payment, where applicable.

- 50% advance with Purchase Order, 50% before dispatch — applicable to CADMECH standard product range, not Desktop Models
- Delivery
- Within 4–6 or 6–8 weeks from acceptance of PO and receipt of 50% advance
- Warranty
- 12 months from date of installation, against manufacturing defects only
- Training
- Free of cost at the customer's premises
- Jurisdiction
- Subject to Pune jurisdiction
- Unloading
- Unloading and placing the machine at the installation site is the customer's/institute's scope (crane, manpower, pipes, wood patterns, rope, etc. as required)
3 Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates based on standard manufacturing lead times and are subject to change based on customization requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
4 Warranty
Products are covered by the warranty terms stated above and/or in the accompanying product documentation. Warranty does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAD-Mech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with the purchase, supply, installation, use, or performance of any product or service supplied by CADMECH.
CADMECH's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product or service shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Product specifications, availability, delivery schedules, warranty terms, and performance are subject to the applicable quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, warranty terms, and other contractual documents issued or accepted by CADMECH.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, images, and documentation — is the property of CAD-Mech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
8 Amendments
CAD-Mech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
