Dr. Prakash A. Sulakhe is a distinguished entrepreneur, educator, and visionary who laid the foundation
of CADMECH with a singular mission — to transform the landscape of engineering education in India through
world-class training equipment and innovative lab solutions.
With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Sulakhe began his journey in 1997 under the banner of
V-Ramp Systems, introducing advanced learning equipment for technical education institutions.
His pioneering spirit and commitment to quality led to the formation of B. J. Engineering Company in 2000,
which ultimately merged to form CAD Mech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. — a name synonymous with
excellence in CNC training, automation, and engineering lab equipment across India.
An Electronics Engineer by training, Dr. Sulakhe went on to earn his MBA and PhD in Management,
combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen. This unique blend of knowledge has
enabled him to steer CADMECH into becoming India's preferred brand for computerized educational
equipment in technical institutions.
