2 Delivery Process
Delivery is carried out using our own transport, a freight partner, or — where agreed in advance — by the customer arranging pickup and inward logistics. The delivery location (the customer's site, or their nearest hub/depot) is confirmed at the time of order.
3 Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization, transport availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers of any significant delay.
